Every system I have built, including FavourAI and the lead automation pipeline behind Favour Operations, exists to solve one problem: teams lose time and revenue to slow responses and manual busywork.
It is one skill set applied two ways. The same systems thinking behind the automation work, mapping a process, wiring it up in n8n, connecting the tools and watching where it breaks, is what I use when I run a business's operations and IT support remotely. Whether the output is an AI agent replying to a lead or a clean onboarding workflow in Microsoft 365, the method is the same: understand the process, remove the manual steps worth removing, then stay accountable for the parts that still need a person.
My goal is simple: set up systems that produce measurable results, then keep them running so the work stops landing on your desk.
